I didn't come to fitness with good genetics. I was a heavy kid who decided to change his body and got obsessed with figuring out how. Along the way I fell for everything my clients now bring to me: starvation diets, the program of the month, ten experts saying ten different things.
What finally worked wasn't a secret. It was the boring stuff done consistently: training with intention, eating enough protein, progressing on purpose, sleeping, and giving it real time. I built a competition physique on those fundamentals and earned my WNBF Pro card in 2017.
That's the whole philosophy of RTN Coaching. No bro-science, no cookie-cutter plans, no extremes you can't sustain. Just a system built around the person in front of me. Every set, every rep, every meal should have a purpose.
Today I coach everyday adults in their late 20s to 40s who are done guessing, plus the occasional competitor chasing a stage. Whether your goal is losing fat, building real muscle, or just having the energy to keep up with your life, the approach is the same: find what's actually holding you back, then build the plan that fixes it.
