Why evidence-based

I was a 265-pound kid who had to learn this the hard way.

I started in fitness because I needed to change my own body, and I spent years falling for the same hype my clients now bring me: starvation diets, magic programs, conflicting advice from every direction.

What actually worked was boring and undefeated: train with intention, eat enough protein, progress on purpose, recover, repeat. I went on to earn my WNBF Pro card competing in 2017.

Today I coach the same way for everyone, whether your goal is fat loss, building real muscle, more energy day to day, or stepping on a bodybuilding stage. Every set, every rep, every meal should have a purpose.

Do you coach in person, online, or both?
Both. In-person personal training happens at Iron Lair in Apex, NC. Online coaching is available anywhere in the world. The same BUILD Method runs either way, and we sort out which fits you on your strategy call.
I'm not a bodybuilder. Is this for me?
Yes. Most of my clients are everyday adults in their late 20s to 40s who want to lose fat, build real muscle, and have more energy. The pro background just means I know how to get results without the extremes.
What makes this different from an app or a generic program?
