ANDREW ROWBACK

I've been coaching since 2009. I hold certifications through ISSA as both a Personal Trainer and in Nutrition, and I'm a J3 University Level 1 certified coach. I earned my WNBF Pro card competing in natural bodybuilding and have spent years on both sides of the stage—as a competitor and as the coach behind the scenes.

I built RTN Coaching on one principle: training should be intentional. Every set, every rep, every meal should have a purpose. I don't do cookie-cutter programs. Every client gets a plan built from scratch based on their goals, their schedule, and how their body responds.

In-person clients train with me at Iron Lair in Apex, NC—one of the best-equipped training facilities in the Triangle. Online clients train from their own gym with the same level of attention through weekly check-ins, video form reviews, and ongoing programming adjustments.

What are the commitment terms?
In-person training has a 4-week initial commitment billed weekly. Online coaching starts with a 12-week initial commitment billed every 4 weeks. After the initial period, both continue on a recurring basis and you can cancel with 7 days’ written notice before your next billing date.
Do I need experience to start?
Not at all. I work with clients at every level, from complete beginners to competitive athletes. Your program is built from scratch based on where you are now and where you want to go.
Where do in-person sessions take place?
All in-person sessions are at Iron Lair in Apex, NC—one of the best-equipped training facilities in the Triangle. Iron Lair has specialty equipment and machines you won't find in commercial gyms.
How does online coaching work?
Everything is managed through the 1FIT app. You get a fully customized training program and nutrition plan—either macro-based or a structured meal plan depending on your goals. Each week you submit a check-in with progress photos, weight, and feedback. I review everything and make adjustments as needed.
What makes your coaching different?
Every program is individualized. No templates, no cookie-cutter plans. I use evidence-based methods grounded in exercise science, not trends. And I'm responsive—when you message me, you get a real answer, not an auto-reply.
